OnTVDeals.com accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners and JCB. We also accept payment made by using PayPal (PayPal.com).
Sales Tax: Although all products are shipping from our US warehouses, Based on the buyer's billing address,
a 8% sales tax will be added to orders originating in the province of Ontario, where our head office is located. A Federal tax of 7% (GST) will be charged to all provinces in Canada.
Shipping
We ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We do NOT ship internationally and due to strict goverment regulations we do NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses.
OnTVDeals.com uses both UPS and USPS. Standard shipping is UPS ground except for HI, AK and PR. Shipping costs are approximate and are automatically calculated on our web site based on product weight and delivery address. There may be a nominal handling fee included with shipping costs.
Delivery Time: Standard ground shipping generally
runs 3 to 9 business days within the continental US and anywhere
from 3 days to 3 weeks to HI, AK and PR.
Incorrect Addresses Charges: All orders that
cannot be delivered and are returned to OnTVDeals.com because
the ship to address was incorrect will incur a $6.00 charge
for reprocessing plus any additional shipping charges that we
may incur.
Return Policy
OnTVDeals.com guarantees against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of delivery. Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return and receipt by OnTVDeals.com of the defective item.
Manufacturer’s Defects: Manufacturer’s defects
are considered to be items which due to a faulty process during
manufacturing the item doe not work. For example the handle
of an item is not formed properly or the item is DOA (dead on
arrival). Another example would be a radio that doesn’t turn
on. You will be responsible for returning the item to OnTVDeals.com
(you pay the shipping costs to send it back to us). Once we
receive the return we will exchange the item and ship it back
to you at no additional cost. Manufacturer defects are permitted
for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Products that exceed
the OnTVDeals.com 30 day return period but have an extended
Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer
according to their instructions. All Sales are Final on Export
Orders.
Consumer Dissatisfaction (Unwanted Product) Returns:
Consumer Dissatisfaction (Unwanted Product) Returns are considered
to be any item which a consumer returns that is not a manufacturer
defect and was not sent by error. These types of returns require
written approval from OnTVDeals.com and the customer will incur
a 40% restocking fee in all cases. However, not all products
qualify for a return. Due to the nature of certain products
such as health and beauty products, personal care, vitamins
or herbal supplements, clothing, mattress covers, etc. we do
not handle returns on these products or similar products. All
returns for these types of products must be handled directly
with the manufacturer. Email us for prior approval and to receive
an RMA#.
Error(s): Error(s) if we have incorrectly sent
an item (color, size, type) then we will offer a full refund
or exchange at the customer’s discretion when the item is received
back in our warehouse. All Sales are Final on Export Orders.
You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
prior to returning any item. RMA’s are available upon request
by sending an email to sales@ontvdeals.com are only good for
a specific product and specific order.
Once you have received
an RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense.
We will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. We will ship
you a replacement at our expense (applicable within the continental
USA only). If return is for a refund, the shipping and handling
will not be refunded only the cost of the item. All Sales are
Final on Export Orders. OnTVDeals.com reserves
the right to refuse any return that doe’s not have an RMA #
on the box, in any case there will be an additional $5.00 charge
if there is no RMA#. Any returns that do not fall within our
return policy are non-refundable and you will not receive credit.
Your RMA# must be displayed on the package you ship back to
us. All 'defective' and 'error' returns must be shipped to (Your
RMA#), 1782 Calumet St, Clearwater, FL 33765. 'Customer Dissatisfaction'
returns may be sent to a different address. If you do not have
your invoice number, or are having other difficulties, please
contact customer service by sending an e-mail to sales@ontvdeals.com.
Please be sure to provide all pertinent information, (invoice
number, name, address, phone number, reason for return and if
you would like an exchange or refund).

Information we request, and how we use it
In several areas of OnTVDeals.com, we ask you to provide various information by filling out and submitting an online form. We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. We NEVER share or sell your personal information, including email addresses.
Information we do not collect
When you visit our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
How we use email
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will receive these emails only if you have provided your email address during checkout. Occasionally, we send The OnTVDeals.com Newsletter, our email update on sales and products, to opt-in subscribers who we think might be interested in learning about sales and special events at our site. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the newsletter so that you may unsubscribe at any time.
Information we do not share with others
OnTVDeals does not share, sell or trade email addresses, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server. For your protection we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All credit card information is stored by our credit card processing company on their secure, encrypted servers.
Security:If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information (such as your credit card numbers for purchases). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for products you purchase. We use 128 bit Encryption to make sure that all sensitive information you provide is secure.
